Who is responsible for your data
The controller of personal data collected through the website stefkanikolova.com is Stefka Nikolova, speech and language therapist, Sliven. You can send questions about personal data to contact@stefkanikolova.com or ask by phone on +359 878 197 580.
What data I receive
If you contact me through the contact form, by email, phone or Viber, I receive only the data you send: your name, phone number or email address and the text of your message. The form has no fields for information about your child and does not store messages on the website. They arrive as an email in the contact@stefkanikolova.com mailbox.
The website’s hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps technical logs with IP addresses and browser type for security and to keep the website running normally.
Sensitive information
Please do not send diagnoses, medical documents or other sensitive information about your child through the form, by email, Viber or text message. Ordinary messages are not a suitable way to share such information. If needed, we will discuss it in person or during the consultation.
What I use the data for and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a consultation. Basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
- For the security and normal operation of the website (technical logs). Basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).
I do not use the data for advertising and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
Who else processes data
Data is processed only as far as necessary by the providers of the services I use: Hostinger (website and email hosting), the video call provider for online consultations, and Viber if you choose to write or call through Viber.
Online consultations
Online consultations take place by video call. During the meeting the service provider processes the name or email you join with, as well as sound and video, in order to make the connection.
A separate link is created for each consultation. Please do not forward it to other people.
Consultations are not recorded or transcribed, and no automatic note-taking tools are used.
When a child takes part in the meeting, the consultation is requested by a parent or legal guardian, who is present throughout.
How long I keep data
Messages and emails are kept for no longer than 12 months after our last correspondence, unless the law requires otherwise. After that they are deleted.
Cookies
The website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Only one technical cookie is used, which remembers the language you chose for the website (pll_language). Fonts are loaded from the website itself, not from external services.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. To do so, write to me at contact@stefkanikolova.com. I will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).
